We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated individual to join our Executive Office team as Administration Officer - Office of CEO and Governance in a Temporary Part-Time (15.25 hours per week with the possibility of additional hours) Fixed Term capacity.
Reporting to the Executive Assistant to the CEO, Mayor and Councillors, this is a key hands-on role to ensure that Council has an executive function that is professionally supported with high level administration and secretarial tasks and complies with relevant legislation, guidelines and objectives through the delivery of efficient and effective executive support.
Advanced computer skills, a high attention to detail and meticulous record keeping skills are a must, teamed with a commitment to improving systems and providing superior customer service.

Salary information: $67,226.64 to $70,836.48 per annum pro rata plus superannuation.
