About the Role
Reporting to the Team Leader Service Delivery, this position is responsible for a broad range of administrative functions that support the delivery of Council's Ageing Well services. You will liaise with participants, families, staff, suppliers and service providers while maintaining a high standard of customer service and compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with participant administration, including service agreements and service requests.
- Respond to participant and stakeholder enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records within client management systems and databases.
- Liaise with suppliers and service providers to arrange services and supports.
- Prepare purchase orders in accordance with Council policies.
- Support rostering, scheduling and timesheet processes for Community Care Workers.
- Assist the Ageing Well team to meet Aged Care Quality Standards and compliance requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the service.
- Provide administrative support to ensure the effective delivery of aged care services.

Salary information: $69,411.51 to $73,138.67 per annum plus superannuation
