We are seeking an experienced & community minded individual to join our Older Persons and Abilities Support Service (OPASS) team as Service Delivery Administrator in a Temporary Full-Time, Fixed Term until 30 June 2025 capacity.

The Service Delivery Administrator's primary objective is to ensure that:
- Opportunities are provided for eligible consumers to access services and programs to maintain independence in their place of residence and local community.
- The Older Persons and Ability Support Services (OPASS) unit is supported to provide professional and efficient delivery of funded in home care services and programs in a way that is responsive to the needs of the consumer and in accordance relevant guidelines.
- Timely and accurate rostering support is provided to the team of Community Care Workers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Establishing, maintaining and reviewing administrative systems to ensure the efficient delivery of the day-to-day operations.
- Being responsible for the rostering of Community Care Workers to ensure the timely and accurate implementation of consumer care plans.
- Ensuring the timely and accurate completion of Community Care Workers timesheets and export to payroll and debtors.
- Competently working with the computer programs and software.
- Assisting the Team Leader with relevant administrative duties when directed.
- Maintaining accurate client records and files.
About You:
To support your success in this role you will have:
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of the delivery of Commonwealth Home Support Program, State-Funded HACCPYP program, Veterans Home Care and National Disability Insurance Scheme program, desirable.
- Demonstrated strong administration skills and experience in a busy and service focused office environment.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills dealing with a range of internal and external stakeholders professionally and courteously.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and use time management whilst working efficiently to meet conflicting priorities and demands.
- Current Drivers Licence.
- Police Check Clearance and Working with Children’s Check.

Salary information: $67,226.64 to $70,836.48 per annum plus superannuation.
